A 1 1/2 hour round walk to the Surveyor's hut on Capital Hill - the oldest government building in Canberra - and back.

<p>This is a 1hr 30 min walk. Meet in Mugga Way, Red Hill at the gravel carpark at 9am for a 9.05am departure. Please see photo of trail head carpark (on website). This is a hilly walk and moderate fitness is required.

Meet outside the gates of the Parks & Gardens Depot on the eastern side of Athllon Dr between Farrer & Sulwood Dr. Please meet at 9.00am for a 9.05am departure.
This is a walk exploring Farrer Ridge. There are some good stands of native vegetation and views over Woden & Tuggeranong.
